Default Windows XP and MSFlexGrids

I'm developing a Macro in Excel using Windows 2000 Pro, when I send the
file to my boss who has Windows XP installed the MSFlexGrid is not
loaded. But if I take the file to another Windows 2000 machine it
loads up just fine. Has anyone see this before? I've tried
registering the msflxgrd.ocx file on the XP machine but still no luck!
Any ideas would be great!

Thanks,
Jake
