when I register a Macro (with shortcut) dirctly in worksheet, where does
excel put the shortcut code? If I see the macro-code it doesn't exist.

I'm not sure if you can actually find that code anywhere...

But excel does store it somewhere.

If you rightclick on the module that contains that procedure with the shortcut,
you can export it to a file.

If you open that exported file (in notepad or your favorite text editor), you'll
see the shortcut key.

Shortcut keys for macros are stored in the module file, although
that code is not visible in the VBA editor. If you export a
module to a text file and view it in NotePad or your favorite
text editor, you'll see the code.
