Default creating formulas in XL

I have written formulas (ie: one to display fractions in simplist form), I would like to get these in Xl's formula list without having to load the entire workbook that it's in. Is it possible to create the functions as an add in?

Yes it is. You will need to put them in a workbook, but you can save that as
an addin, and load the addin.
