Default 'Floating' UserForm

Afternoon!
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a UserForm, which then
'floats' on the screen.
ie, you can still play around on the Excel sheet behind it, whilst it
is still on the screen.
Ta,

Paul,

You can do this in Excel 2000 and later by showing the form modelessly.
E.g.,

Userform1.Show vbModeless

Hi

Modeless forms are available in excel 2000 and up.
There is a workaround example for Excel97 on Stephen Bullens site.
See Modelessform.zip
