Basically you are asking how to use automation to automate Excel. Here are

For specific code to use in Excel, all you need to do is turn on the macro
recorder and perform those actions manually. Turn off the macro recorder,
then view the code recorded. Then you can adapt that code to an automation
scenario as shown above.
