Default Worksheet/workbook protection property?

Hi

I need to find out whether a spreadsheet is protected at worksheet
and/or workbook level. I can't find a property which will tell me this
- the protect/unprotect methods will add or remove protection but how
can i find out without actually doing this?

thanks in advance
