The template that I am looking for should consist of the following: Cost and
Revenue Assumptions; Financing Assumptions; Key Ratios;Rental Increase
Projections; Operating Expense Projections; Operating Revenue(Gross scheduled
income, vacancy rate, net rental income, other income, and gross income);
Operating Expenses(repairs and maintenance, property management fees, taxes,
insurance, salaries and wages, utilities, trash removal, professional fees,
advertising, other, and total operational expenses) Net Operating
Income(interest on loan, Depreciation Expense-bldg, Depreciation
Expense-equipment, net income before taxes, income tax rate, and net income
after taxes); Cash Flow From Operations; CF/Debt Servicing ROI; Net Income
ROI; Cash ROI, Total ROI; Estimated Exit Price/Gain on Sale
