![]() i have a bunch of people that log into a computer every day now what i want to be able to explain the reason why they were not on the computer the repot i get loook like this john 9:00 12:00 john 12:30 16:00 bill 9:05 12:59 bill 13:40 16:00 now what i need is the reverse times to be explained so i need the table to be transformed into this () = blank cell john () 9:00 john 12:00 12:30 john 16:00 () bill () 9:05 bill 12:59 13:40 bill 16:00 () so i can clearly see that john started at nine and lunch break from 12:00 12:30 and finished at 16:00 and bill was 5 minutes late and lunch break was from 12:59 to 13:40 so bill was 11 mins late from lunch and he finished at 16:00 on time can anyone help ? -- Zygan ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Zygan's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=34423 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=559315 |
