i have a bunch of people that log into a computer every day now what i
want to be able to explain the reason why they were not on the computer
the repot i get loook like this

john 9:00 12:00
john 12:30 16:00
bill 9:05 12:59
bill 13:40 16:00

now what i need is the reverse times to be explained so i need the
table to be transformed into this
() = blank cell
john () 9:00
john 12:00 12:30
john 16:00 ()
bill () 9:05
bill 12:59 13:40
bill 16:00 ()

so i can clearly see that john started at nine and lunch break from
12:00 12:30 and finished at 16:00
and bill was 5 minutes late and lunch break was from 12:59 to 13:40 so
bill was 11 mins late from lunch and he finished at 16:00 on time

can anyone help ?
