Default Formatting Time with Hundredths of Seconds

Is there a way of formatting cells so times can be entered with hundredths of
seconds. ie: minutes minutes : seconds seconds : hundredths hundredths

You can use the custom format hh:mm:ss.00 to display hundredths of a second.
