Default Is there an easy way to...

I need data in X,Y,Z format for my mapping/gridding program.

However, my excel spreadsheet I use to calculate the data gives me
results in table form ie:

..XXXXX
YZZZZZ
YZZZZZ
YZZZZZ

Is there an easy way to convert that to a "list" format (X,Y,Z).

At the moment I'm having to ref it all by hand and it is taking
forever!

Many thanks in advance.
