Default Hyperlinks or buttons

I've got a workbook with 15 different tabs. Each tab represents a
different date and each is filled with different volunteer jobs.
Everyone who is signed up has their name in column A with the jobs in
columns B - F. I'm in charge of keeping this filled out and tracking
the information.

I want to post this on our web site and would like to make a new tab
titled something like Instructions. The idea of this tab would have, of
course, instructions on how to use the file. I'm also trying to get it
so people can use either a hyperlink or button to jump right to the
date they want to look at. They would also need a hyperlink or button
to go back to the Instructions tab.

If this can be done, I'd like to do it but I may be getting in over my
head with this.

Thanks for the help.
