Autofill lists
Is there a way in which I could select a colum or range of cells and and have
it populated with a range of numbers? For example if I highlighted all of colum A could I use a seperate cell in another colum and input 70, and then have colum a autofill 1-70 so I would have to enter separately and/or drag? |

Autofill lists
I don't see how you could highlight column A and then enter a value in
some other cell (eg B1) - the highlight would disappear when you clicked on B1 to enter the number 70. You can autofill quite easily by entering 1 in A1. Select A1 again and hold the <shift key down while pressing <page_down or <arrow_down until you reach A70, then release <shift - this will have highlighted the range. Then Edit | Fill | Series and check Linear with a step value of 1, then click OK. Is this any use? Pete |

Or instead of highlighting the range, just put 70 as the stop value, change
series in to columns.
