How to you lockout the comments in Excell from other users?
I am trying to lockout the comments in Excell so that other users can just
see the data in each cell. |

goto <tools<options<view and select none for comments this will hide there

You could create a second workbook for the staff to view. =sheet!1, etc.
This will not show the comments from your "master" sheet. All changes made to your sheet will be reflected in the new sheet. Protect it to make it read only.
