Default Filtering question

Is there a way to expand the filter option so that it shows 1 row (or more),
both above and below any row that contains the value I am looking for?

Default Filtering question

Data|filter|autofilter examines each cell/row on its own.

Maybe you can put the key value for each group on the rows you want. Then
filter by that column.
