This sounds like a Windows question, rather than Excel.
To change the size of a window, if it's full screen, click the second box in (to the left of the red X in the top right-hand corner), then you can grab the corner & stretch or shrink to suit & you can grab the window & move it. -- David Biddulph "CC" wrote in message ... Resize the application windows of both so as to fit the screen width.

R-click the Windows Taskbar and select Tile Windows...
