Combo Box & value reference

E.g. if I select ControlPanel in A1, the values in B1 will be 4 Zone, 6 Zone..... in dropdown menu. How can I do - Suppose if I select 4 Zone from the dropdown menu of B1, the value of C1 should be 74, and if I select 16 Zone, the value of C1 should be 150 automatically. Your help will be much appreciated.
