Default Brackets on negative percents.

Hello,

I am trying to get brackets to appear on a negative percentage from a
formula. I know that I can retype it as '(2.1%) and it will show what
brackets correctly, but I am wondering if there is something in the formula
that can be added to display it correct.

=-(C15-C16)/ABS(C15)

You can change the cell format.
