Default Customizing toolbar in Excel2007?

In previous versions of Excel, I would place the Strikethrough command on the
toolbar next to Bold, Italic and Underline. Is that possible in Excel07?
I added it to the Quick Access Toolbar, but it would be a little more
convenient if I could put it where I'm used to having it (near similar
commands).
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
