Default How do I export data from a workbook to an email

I need to create a link to take specific data from a workbook and have it
automatically populate an email that can be sent to various people. Is this
possible?
The email also needs to be able to have comments added to the data from teh
workbook.

Everything you need to send emails from Excel can be found at Ron de Bruin's
site.

Note the SendMail add-in which makes it all easy without writing your own
code.
