how do i split a cell into 2 under a heading
have created a worksheet with many columns with headings. ie name ticket #
sold i would like to split the columns under ticket # into 2 so i can have the beginning number and last number. is there a way to split the cells |

No, but you can go the other way. Insert a column to the right of your ticket
# column, then merge the heading cells (cell containing "Ticket #" and new blank cell).
