Default 2009 Employee Calendar

I have downloaded the above Template from the MS site. It appears to be
password protected. I have never run into this before?

It looks to be just what I need, does anyone know why a template would be
protected?

Thanks

Can you post the URL of the template? There are a lot of templates in the
microsoft web site with similar names.

Thanks Joel, but I have 2007 and did download it. When I try to add
information in a field, it tells me that the spreadsheet is password
protected.

Thanks for trying....
