Default 2009 Calendar Templates - Where are the Excel 2003 compatible vers

Does anyone know why there are not any 2009 calendar templates that are
compatible with Excel 2003 (or any Office 2003 product)? Is there someplace
I can find them?

The 2009 Julian Calendar (I used the 2008 version which was compatible with
Excel 2003) which currently only appears to be compatible with Excel 2007.
