How create 365 labels for 2009? Example: Monday, Jan. 4, 2009
MS Office 2003. Every year at this time, I create 12 notepads with the day &
date hand-written at the top of each page for the coming year. How do I create a label (Avery 8366) for each day of 2009? Example label one = "Monday, January 4, 2009", label two = "Tuesday, January 5, 2009" ... etc. It would be a tremendous time saver. None of the MS templates I have encountered will do this. Alternatively, if there were such a list of days available somewhere on the internet, I could figure out the rest by copy paste search replace to make a comma-quote delineated list then converting that to an Excell spreadsheet or Word Merge. I thank you in advance. |

How create 365 labels for 2009? Example: Monday, Jan. 4, 2009
I cell A1, enter 1/4/2009. Press CTRL+1 to format the cell, select DATE - Type: *Wednesday, March14, 2001 - click OK. Copy that cell down to B1. In B1, change the cell to read =A1+1. Copy down 363 more cells. Do your MailMerge to Word. -- JBeaucaire ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JBeaucaire's Profile: http://www.thecodecage.com/forumz/member.php?userid=73 View this thread: http://www.thecodecage.com/forumz/sh...ad.php?t=44585 |
