Hi,
You need to enter the data for name on the first sheet. Then enter the letters V, P, or S for each employee on the quarter sheets under the appropriate date. On the first sheet column K allows you to enter the number of days vacation allowed and column L then calculates how much vacation has been used. Thanks Shane, but I only have one sheet with an employees name - if I copy

Cannot be downloaded if you do not have Excel 2007 so hope David knows that
