Default Can not get more than 1 page of labels

In a merge with an excel file I cannot get more than 1 page of labels. There
are over 100 records in the excel file. I am using Windows XP and excell &
word 2003. Any suggestions? Thanks!

When you print, you do not use the normal print from the file menu. Use the
print from the Mail Merge Manager (lowest section of the manager). Also, be
sure to open the data file using the merge manager to get the latest
records. This will open it for the merge, but not on your screen. If you
openit manually after you selected it as the data file, it will open as read
only.
