Default how to autoformat cell based on certain conditions

hi,

i have switched from excel xp to excel 2007. How to format the cell based on
certain conditions. e.g.

Brand % chg
A 10.0
B -10.0
C 20.0

For % chg column, i want to highlight the whole cell in red if it is negative.

Kindly advise.
