Default Conditional formatting Based on cell A text with conditions in Cell B

I am running a large pivot chart and each topic can have 5 sub
categories. Each of the 5 categories has a different threshold that I
want to conditionally format.

So row A has Bob, Row B has Break, Lunch, meeting; Row C has time 15,
30, 60 minutes. I need to set the condition for Break as over 15 is
red, lunch over 30 is red and meeting is over 60 is red.

I have read around a bit and haven't found a solution was wondering if
it had been encountered before.

Thanks,

M
