Default Creating a formula to include results from forms

I've created a questionnaire thing for a school project using option buttons
for people to select their answers. I was wondering if there was a formula
(or maybe even a macro) that I could use so that when they click on submit,
it will look at which boxes they selected and tell them whether they got each
question right or not.

I'm not very good at this so please try and explain it simply :-)
Thanks,
Jake
