Default Remove dublets

Hi

I use 2003, and have a list of postalnumbers, 9848 rows of it, There are a
lot of dublets (more than one of the same postalnumber) and in 2007 you have
a command remove dublets.
How to do this in 2003??, want only one of each number :)

Hi,

Try this.

Select the data then

Data|Filter|Advanced Filter

Select 'Copy to another location'
Check 'Unique records only'
Enter a cell to copy to (A single cell)
OK

You now have a list of unique values which you can paste back over the
original data or use where it is.
