Remove dublets
I have one more for you
The list is now gone down 9848 to 616 rows, can I in a easy way make the
rows into columns??

Select 'Copy to another location'
Check 'Unique records only'
Enter a cell to copy to (A single cell)
OK
You now have a list of unique values which you can paste back over the
original data or use where it is.
