Remove dublets
Hi
I use 2003, and have a list of postalnumbers, 9848 rows of it, There are a lot of dublets (more than one of the same postalnumber) and in 2007 you have a command remove dublets. How to do this in 2003??, want only one of each number :) Rock -- Just a regular user |
Remove dublets
Hi,
Try this. Select the data then Data|Filter|Advanced Filter Select 'Copy to another location' Check 'Unique records only' Enter a cell to copy to (A single cell) OK You now have a list of unique values which you can paste back over the original data or use where it is. Hi,
Select the row of data and copy it. Select a cell outside of the range then Edit|Paste Special Select transpose OK Mike "Rockbear" wrote: I have one more for you The list is now gone down 9848 to 616 rows, can I in a easy way make the rows into columns?? -- Just a regular user "Mike H" wrote: Hi, Try this.
