How is it that there are questions in the newsgroup that are written in the

I would guess that the OP's time/date/timezone is messed up.

Thinking someone was looking for a way to do it that way, and probably
somethign to do with having the date and time incorrect on the post itself. Sometimes an OP will do that intentionally, so that their post will display

FWIW, I tend not to want to answer posts from people gaming the system.
