Default Some right click functions not working

I have one computer that is having problems with Excel 2007 right click
functions. If you right click and copy you cannot right click and paste;
both it and paste special are grayed out. You CAN use paste on the ribbon,
or use Ctrl+V.

Also, I cannot right click on the sheet tabs on the bottom of the workbook.
Normally this brings up the "insert, delete, rename, etc" menu, but on this
machine it doesn't bring up anything.

This is Windows XP Pro SP2 and Office 2007 Standard.

Thanks.
