Default Not enough system resources to display completely

Hi,

I have a userform that has a bitmap picture embedded in a in a "Image" box.
The bitmap is 105kb. Whenever I open the userform in design mode I get the
error:

error message = "Not enough system resources to display completely"

when I delete the picture I dont get the message. I dont get what the
problem is because the bitmap is only 105kb, my whole workbook is only 2mb in
size. I have 2GB of ram. Is this a problem or should I just ignore,
everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks for your help.
