Default Autofilter changes frozen pane

When I use autofilter with freeze pane to keep the headers visible, the
location of the pane periodically changes. Sometimes when I try to view all
rows, a number of them will remain hidden. Is there a way to prevent this
problem? It doesn't happen all the time, just seemingly at random.

I bet you filtered to hide some rows, then applied the Freeze pane.

If you show all the rows, then apply the freeze panes directly under the
headers, you should be ok.
