Default 2007 store macros under Menue button as in 2003

In Excel 2003 I can store all my macros under one menue button on the tool
bar so that when I click the menu button, it opens a dropdown list showing
all my macro icons and the name tags that I can select as needed.
I've now upgraded to Window Vista 2007. Would it be possible to do the same
without having to fill up the Quick Access Toolbar?
Thanks All
