Default messed up tab key

I just got a new computer at work and I'm having an odd problem with my tab
key. Instead of acting like it's supposed to and moving one cell to the
right, it's acting as if I've typed CTRL+right arrow key and moving to the
column on the edge of my viewing screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It's driving me crazy!

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Maybe...

Tools|Options|transition tab (xl2003 menu system)
Uncheck Transition navigation keys

(I'd uncheck all the Lotus 123 settings if I were you.)
