Select the cell and then go to Format -- Conditional Formatting
there you select "cell value is" + "equal to" + false (you have to write false, and select the first two items) select your format, click on add and do the same with true. hth Carlo On Nov 19, 4:28 pm, imratish wrote: I have created a validation list True, False.
