Default how give excel cell red color if value above range?

Hi all.

I'd like to know how I can affect a color (especially rad) to some Excel box
if the value, coming from a formula) is out of a certain range?
Ex: if my %error is comprised between -5% and + 5%, then no color but if it
is out of this range, then teh cell would appear RED...

Ty all for any advices.
BR,
Julien
