How can I make all worksheets pull from the same trays without opening going
to each individual worksheet --File -- Page Setup -- click on "Options" button? Then on the printer select the Paper Source which we want Tray 2. The only way I have found to change the paper tray setting for each worksheet is have do the steps about to each worksheet. Other wise only the worksheet that I have specified to print Tray 2 will print to Tray the others will default to Auto (which is LCT). I have tried right clicking on the worksheet that has the settings I want then choosing "Select All" then apply these settings to the rest of the worksheets but that does not work. I even tried making acros but that did not work either. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. |
