Default How do I enable copy in a protected workbook?

I have a password protected sheet in Excel 2003 with locked cells. Copy and
paste is disabled but I'd like for this to remain available. How do I get
both protected cells and the copy paste function to work?

Not possible, you have to unlock the cells you want to copy from and paste
into
