Hello, i need to write commentaries in some cells and also i need to
protect some other cells, the problem is that once i protect some cells
the commentaries get disabled in every cell in the worksheet. What can i
do?

When you protect the sheet, allow the users to edit objects.

The users will be able to add/delete/change comments. And they'll be able to do
things to other objects, too: pictures, buttons, checkboxes, etc...
