Default Make/Edit words in a row - how

Hi
I have a spreadsheet with the title of a painting in col a, medium in
col b, artist name col c and price in col d.
I use this spreadsheet as a data scource to create postcards, a single
one for each painting, into Publisher.
Problem is, some of the painting titles are too long to fit on one
line in Pub and when they break, they either don't look right or make
sense.
I can't adjust the line breaks in Pub

I need to adjust/break some of the painting titles over two lines
while keeping the other relevant info associated

Another prob is that I don't know which titles are going to need
adjusted until I have actually completed a merge

Anyone know how to make/setup the painting titles that are too long to
automatically break across two lines please
I do hope this is possible

Try using <Alt <Enter to create line breaks of your own choosing.
