Default How to make it so only specific words can be typed in a cell

Hi,

How do I do it so that a user can only input either: Hold, Y or N into a
cell - or a range of cells?

Select the range, choose, Data Validation from the menu bar.
Change Allow: to list and in the Source: text box type Hold, Y, N
