I have 2 different simple questions:
1- How can I set a DROPDOWN LIST to auto fill as I write on it ?
2- I cannot check or uncheck my CHECKBOX by clicking on it with the
mouse(setting?).

1. Excel does not provide for this facility in dropdowns using data
validation.
2. Likely, you are still in Design View. View--Toolbars, Control Toolbox.
Uncheck the Design View button and close the toolbar.
PS: I never heard of Excel 2005. Did I miss a version? <grin
