Default Chart goes to zero

You will have to insert an interpolated value into the cell, or perhaps a
formula which interpolates for you. It could be as simple as a formula that
averages the values on either side. In cell D3 this would be:

=(C3+E3)/2

this you could use auto filter and select greater than zero then plot

the filtered data. The graph will change back if you remove the filter

you can copy and paste it as an image into word if you need to keep it as
