I have created a child's spelling game that uses the "if" function to tell
the user if the word spelt is correct or not. The correct spelling is in a hidden cell above the cell where the word is to be entered. When you commence typing in the word, eg "b" for "ball", excel prompts the word ball as it recognises it from the cell in the spreadsheet. I want to know if and how I can turn off this prompting |
