Default Database Question?

Hopefully, this list is not too large

in the desired cell, go to Data-Validation
select from: List
Highlight the list of ship to addresses.

Default Database Question?

Thanks for the quick response, I am very new to this, our list of addresses
would only be about 10 or so. I am having trouble getting the street, city
state and zip to line up. Example would be:

Column A Column B
Ship to: 123 company
45 test road
Anytown, DE 19713

Can this be done?

Thanks,

Dan

Default Database Question?

There are instructions here for adding a customer address to an order
form, that you could adapt to your workbook:
