such as "name", "address", "phone number", etc. Can this be done and if so how? |

No it can't be done.
Best thing to do is type your column headings in row 1. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit. "Debbie" wrote: I am trying to change the column headings from alpha letters to actual words such as "name", "address", "phone number", etc. Can this be done and if so how? |

Cannot be done Use row 1 for your titles then select A2 and WindowFreeze Panes so row 1 is always in view. ToolsOptionsView. Uncheck Row and Column Headers if you don't want to see them.
